D. 1819, Harrison Hall, of the said district, hath deposited in this office the title of a book, the right whereof he claims as proprietor, in the words following, to wit: "Letters from the British Settlement in Pennsylvania; to which are added, the Constitutions of the United States, and of Pennsylvania; and extracts from laws respecting aliens and naturalized citizens.
